While listening in shuffle mode, it would be nice to tag some songs as you go along and have them put into a playlist automatially called "Hot List" or "Favorites" or something. Then, after several days/weeks of doing so, you could bring up that list and have a bunch of songs that you are really into at the time play! Maybe by holding down the "2" button on the remote (As in "Send this song 2 the Favorite List").. Just a thought, but there have been a bunch of times that I have been listening to a track and wished I could put it into a special playlist to listen to later. I know there will be some track marking with 1.1, but this is just an expansion on that.

I second that idea, I have been wanting to do something like this for a few weeks now but have been too lazy to do it in Emplode. This would be the perfect solution

The track marking in 1.1 coupled with the 1.1 emplode search feature will allow you to do exactly this. The only disadvantage is that marking is not currently multilevel, so while marking your "hotlist" you could not use the feature to mark, say, poorly encoded tracks (unless you sort it all out manually when you get back to emplode).
